LGY series vertical high-temperature submersible pump is a single-stage, single-suction, volute-type long-axis submersible pump. Its performance is designed in accordance with ISO2858 standards and fully complies with the standard requirements of GB5656-94 "Technical Conditions for Single-stage Single-suction Chemical Centrifugal Pumps". Partially complies with the standard requirements of the 10th edition of AP1610 "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical, and Natural Gas Industries".This series of pumps has high safety and reliability, stable pump operation, long service life, convenient and simple maintenance, strong parts versatility, few types of spare parts, and high performance.
This series of pumps is designed using the flexible shaft design theory. The pump shaft adopts a reliable shaft connection method and a multi-point support structure. The maximum insertion depth can reach 5673mm.
This series of pumps has excellent hydraulic performance. It adopts a volute structure and the liquid outlet pipe exits independently. It has low hydraulic loss and high efficiency.
This series of pumps is configured with a self-flushing, closed impeller scheme and is suitable for transporting high-temperature, clean, neutral, or corrosive media.
This series of pumps are submersible pumps. The shaft seal does not come into contact with the pumped medium and has no dynamic seal leakage point. Therefore, the seal uses a labyrinth seal or a packing seal to prevent the medium from leaking outward.
Application scope
This series of pumps is mainly used in chemical, and petroleum industries, refineries, steel plants, power plants, etc.
Basic type (LG): Mainly used when the medium has a low melting point and will solidify quickly after shutdown, such as asphalt, etc.
Jacket type (LGJ): Mainly used when the medium temperature is not high, the melting point is not high, and will solidify quickly after shutdown, such as liquid sulfur, etc.
Non-jacketed type (LGF): Mainly used in situations where the melting point of the medium is very high, or the medium will not solidify after shutdown, such as molten salt, hot oil, etc.
